This machine is sold, as is,
as inspected, but carries a 30 day MDNA Warranty, if machine
is found unsatisfactory from electrical/mechanical defects,
it may be returned within 30 days from shipment and we will
refund your money in full or fix the unit (our choice). Buyer
is responsible for all freight charges. This guarantee applies
only to machines, which we own.
Terms: Cash or check with order. All machines
are quoted "Ex" location unless otherwise stated. All machines
are offered subject to prior sale and are exclusive of any
government sales tax. Machinery descriptions are intended
only as a guide and their accuracy is not guaranteed.
Conditions:
There are no warranties, which extend beyond the
description of the face hereof. Quotations are subject to
change without notice. All agreements and/or contracts made
by salesman or representatives are subject to approval by
the L.S. Walker Machine Tools Inc.
Machine Safety: It is the user's responsibility
to provide proper safety devices and equipment to safeguard
the operator from harm for any particular use, operation or
set up, and to adequately safeguard the machine or machines
to Provincial, Federal, and Local Government Safety Standards
and all Industrial Safety Standards.
Indemnification: User agrees to indemnify
and hold harmless Seller of and from any and all claims of
Liabilities from accidents involving these machines caused
by failure of user, his employees, and agents to follow these
instructions, warnings, and recommendations available from
the original manufacturer or by failure of user to comply
with Provincial, Federal, and Local laws applicable to such
equipment. |
